Entry: Trick Or Treat! Sunday, November 01, 2009



It was a very fun night full of scary costumes, good company, great food and sweet TREATS! (that's 2 weekends in a row for me, Yikes!)

We carved halloween pumpkin (well, ubie did all the carving while we watched.)

Diya insisted that we carve a happy pumpkin, not a scary one.

Then Diya put on her witch costume and some face makeup. Again, she doesnt want to look scary, so no spider web painting or dramatic eye. So we had drawings of the stars and moon on her cheeks. Makk pakai eyeliner ajor.. senang nak wipe afterwards. hihi..

After maghrib, we drove  to Hila's place. We didnt go trick or treat at our neighbourhood because our kawasan ni tak berapa happening dengan halloween. Almaklumlah, kawasan ramai pakistan and not mat salleh.. hihi..

We arrived lambat sikit. Shameem and Jue was already there. Had dinner before going trick or treat. Candlelight dinner with glow in the dark skeletons, and lotsa halloween decors lightings. Hila even had witch brooms on her window. :)

So thats our first trick or treating. Hopefully we'll get to do it again next year!

sabb: ubie sangat tekun taww carve pumpkin ittew.. first timer but it turned out well. Lepas tu buat kuah lemak labu.. yums!

fab: okei ke? makk still rasa biasa je.. (sebab nak fashion posh pob sebenarnya LOL) Anyways, mak sampai skang suruh ubie potong kuku makk. ala2 manja gituh.. lol

ur hair? wow ubie really hav that talent for hairstyling. i wish my hubby will do thing like that...to bad hes not. last time masa i pregnant suruh potong kuku i pown dia mati2 tak nak!!!

n...diya looked so adorable! the pumpkin turned out nice!!! wish there was smthg like that here...bleh bawa andi bila dia besar tp non ado!

Oyis: Ini pon our first time trick or treating. Last year tak pi pown sebab tak tahu nak pi mana yg happening.. haha. Takpe, next year haloween jatuh hari ahad so maybe takde bola on the TV and aisyah will be old enough to feel excited about halloween. :)

oh wow! best nya trick or treat that u guys had.

on my end, trick or treat x brp glamer bkn sbb kaw paki, mmg kaw omputeh, but kaw low income e.g. ppl on benefits etc, so x de sesapa yg celebrate.

anyway, i did search kat net kat mana ada wat event utk halloween, (supaya x yah tick or treating from door to door, but still can join in on the fun) ada, dkt the hoe ada open air halloween festival, and aisyah pon dah ada costume bcoz a fren ada kasi gift masa aisyah lahir dulu, costume winnie the pooh utk age 1 yr plus. so i tot perfect!

TAPI....

Hubs nak tgk bola kat SKY. OMG, i feel so gutted.

x pe, next year i akan start schemeing dari awal lg. at least this year kalo celebrate pon aisyah x ingt apa *pujuk hati*
